RIGHT OF RETURN
You can return goods received without stating a reason within 2 weeks by sending back the goods. The deadline period shall begin at the earliest on receipt of the goods and detailed written return instructions. You may demand the taking back of goods in text form, e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail, only in the case of goods which cannot be sent as a package (e.g. with bulky goods). In order to comply with the deadline it is sufficient to send the goods or the written request to return the goods in due time, at our expense and at our risk. The return has to be send to:

CONSEQUENCES OF RETURNING GOODS
In the event of an effective return of goods, the mutually provided services or products shall be returned and any benefits enjoyed (e.g. use benefits) surrendered. If the goods should be damaged compensation can be demanded. This shall not apply if the damage to the goods is due exclusively to their being inspected as would possible for you in a sales outlet, for instance. Furthermore, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as a proprietor and by avoiding everything that is detrimental to the value.
